U.S. Silver Dollars have always been our biggest sellers. They are large, attractive, and affordable. The Flowing Hair Design of 1794 and 1795 are very tough to find in any grade and sell very quickly in our showroom. The Draped Bust Silver Dollars of 1796 to 1803 are often considered the most attractive silver coins the U.S. Mint has ever produced. The Seated Liberty Silver Dollars, minted from 1840-1873, are collectable in any grade, but tough to find in XF or higher. Collectors usually buy just one of the Trade Dollars, minted from 1873 to 1885, to fill their type collection. The Morgan Silver Dollars, Minted from 1878 to 1904 then again in 1921 are definitely are biggest sellers. You can usually buy a common date Morgan Dollar in Uncirculated condition for around $35. We generally have lots of them for sale at any given time. The Peace Silver Dollars, minted from 1921 to 1935, have been increasing in popularity with collectors over the last few years.Last Updated: Monday, 06 September 2010 16:14
